I am passionate about establishing a warm, authentic relationship with my clients while offering creative remedies to enduring problems in life. I’ve worked with a range of people throughout the years, including couples, adults, teens, adolescents, and children. Among the therapeutic techniques I frequently use are play therapy, art therapy, internal family systems (IFS), attachment theory, and trauma-sensitive care.
Customizing a unique therapy approach to meet each person’s specific needs is something I greatly enjoy. Since I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), I treat my clients with particular consideration for their current relationships and family environment. My areas of interest are women’s issues, play therapy, and childhood trauma, but I also like exploring the unique concerns that each client brings to our sessions. I also aim to provide BIPOC and LGBTQ+ clients with supportive and compassionate care.

I believe my experience with a wide range of therapeutic topics gives me adaptability as a clinician to address varying issues that you might come into the office with. Additionally, I combine therapeutic warmth with insight to gently challenge my clients and allow them to achieve a more unburdened version of themselves. I consider it an honor to work with each client and am continually humbled at how my clients entrust me with their care.
